The nests farm, located in Faridabad (Haryana) offers a unique and luxurious vacation experience for friends, families and corporate events. It is a private owned farm built on modern architecture mixed with some ancient furniture style and amenities.

The Nests Farm, a luxury farmhouse of 1.5 acre of land features 14 bed rooms with attached bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a well equipped kitchen and a private swimming pool. The lawn makes you feel fresh and enjoy the peacefulness of the surrounding with beautiful greenery.

The friendly staff will assist you with any queries. If you don’t want to cook there is in-house chef who can cook you delicious meals with an extra cost of 5000/- per day.

The bed rooms are well maintained each designed with modern looks which gives them a unique character. The bathrooms are clean and well appointed with western sanitary ware.

Check in and Check out

Please cooperate with the staff for all formalities and Id proofs. A max of 40 persons can stay at the property at a time.

A security deposit of 10000/-INR must be paid at the time of check in. The amount is fully refundable provided there is no damage or extra services availed at the property.

Things to keep in mind

• Functions and large gatherings are allowed here but the gathering shall not exceed 100 persons.
• Narcotics and underage drinking is stricktly prohibited.
• Bringing outdoor help like bartenders and servers are not allowed.
• The visitors are not allowed to spend the night at the property and must leave by 11:00pm. After 11:00pm the visitors will be charged INR 1000/- per head.
• We allow catering companies on the panel to provide their services at our property.
• We allow DJs to perform at the property at an additional charges.
• DJs are not permitted at the property after 10pm.
• Loud music after 10pm in not allowed.
• Smoking is allowed but in outdoors areas.
• Extra mattresses are available.
• You are free to use pool but please exercise cautions as there is no lifeguards on duty. Any mishappening occurred will not be held responsible to the owner of the property it will be the responsibility of the guests thereself.
• Pool closes at 11pm.
• RO water available , Mineral water at an extra cost can be arranged.
• Please maintain hygiene in and around pool area.
• Guests shall be held responsible for any kind of damage to the property or any illegal activity undertaken here at the time of booking/stay .
• Food ordering apps like Zomato , Swiggy etc.. provides services in this area.
• Pets are allowed here.
• Outdoor power cut at 12am; indoor music allowed with Bluetooth.
• Shoots and events have differents terms and conditions.
• Caretakers retire at 11:00pm; overtime available at additional charges.
• Power backup via generator is free for 4 hrs, post which has a nominal cost of fuel INR 500 per hour. Please note that the power supply is good this is just extenuating circumstances.
• Booking amount is not refundable or adjusted.
